before posting a complaint, please read these rules..:
-Only post when you really think you were treated very poorly by a mod/admin.
-There must be proof of this offense
-Lieing is not allowed!! We will know if your telling the truth
-State a good reason why you think you were treated poorly by a mod/admin!
-Do not ask for special privliges because of your treatment. Such as: asking to be a mod/special custom title!
-Punishment against the mod/admin will be decided by the mods/admins.
-If someone posts a complaint, other members are not allowed to join the onversation, unless they are also involved in the issue..That Is All..If anyone else has a comment/suggestion, just post it in this topic..
Note:
Closed discussions will be moved to the *God loves to lock* section.
If this complies to you, or a friend, don't bother;
-After a warning a ban for a week sounds good to me.
If he/she comes back again and does is for the third time, permanent.

Then you may want to rename this section to the N-W Tribunal, as not allowing witnesses defeats the purpose of a courtroom...

About the witnesses...how exactly would that work? Like if a member made a horrible post and deleted it, but a member saw it before the deletion? I don't understand how witnesses would play a part, since every post is set in stone for all to see. Someone enlighten me, please?

well mayby your right..like but what if someone lies? what if they lie that they saw something..just to get that member banned? well if theres like 3 and up member that see it then i dont think they're lieing..lolzz..w/e
